This feis is themed around the 1950's and classic cars, including trophy specials with 1950's dress up themes and unique awards. Cultural competitions in art, baking, language, music, and singing also happen this day as well as a dance contest for kids 7 and under. We round out the day with a parade of champions for all our 1st place champ dancers.

Less than 1.5 miles away from the feis venue, and right on the beach, is our hotel room block at Margaritaville! A great place for kids to play and adults to unwind after a long day of dancing. Also at the resorts are multiple restaurants, an arcade, an amusement park, bowling lanes, a ropes course and more! This hotel is family-friendly, with plenty to do for kids, teens, and adults.

Claire Shirey is a Nashville-based multi-instrumentalist and champion Irish dancer with a rich background in Irish music and dance. She taught at the Atlanta Irish Music School in 2012 and has performed at venues such as the Chamber of Commerce and Emory Celtic Christmas. Since 2013, she has played and danced with various bands in Atlanta and has placed in Fleadh competitions.
Since 2018, Claire has been a fiddle player for Feiseanna across the US and Mexico, participating in major competitions. She has performed with Celtic Illusion during their Canadian/US tours and is a resident musician with Micheal Londra’s band. Claire founded the Nashville Irish Music School in 2019 and is a member of the Traditional Irish Music Band, Music City Trad.
She is an Irish step dancer and a certified teacher under An Coimisiún Le Rincí Gaelacha, teaching at the Scott-Ellis School of Irish Dance. Claire has a distinguished competitive dancing career, finishing 4th in the Southern Region in 2016 before retiring to focus on music. Her experiences include dancing for renowned bands and her aim is to share the connection between dance and music. Claire graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Communications Studies and a certificate in Music Business.
Amy Coppola, ADCRG is the founder and director of Dunleavy Irish Dance, where she shares her passion for Irish culture throughout Upstate New York. She is a recipient of Irish Dancing Magazine’s Global Excellence in Teaching Award and has also been named to this year’s Irish Echo 40 Under 40. Amy is dedicated to developing confident, technically strong dancers, while also fostering a lifelong love of Irish dance and a strong sense of community.
Michael Fitzpatrick, ADCRG, originally from County Offaly, Ireland, grew up in the Bronx dancing with the McNiff School in New York City. A lifelong member of the CLRG, Michael is a certified Adjudicator and Grade Examiner and has called Boston, Massachusetts home for many years.
Patrick O'Hare, ADCRG, was born and raised in Newry, Co. Down, in the north of Ireland. He danced for the renown Sheila Nolan school of Irish Dancing and is a former All-Ireland and Ulster solo and ceili champion. With Newry Shamrocks GAA, he is a former All-Ireland Fleadh and All-Ireland Senior Scor ceili champion.
